Forty years ago, Shiraz Wheat Flour Company was established with the aim of producing and packaging different types of cereal flour, biscuits, cookies, round bakery dough and supplementary food for patients and children. With a nominal capacity of 150 tons of wheat per day, this company is producer of different types of wheat flour under “Mahoor” trademark. The products include 12% bakery flour, confectionary flour, 15% Setareh bakery flour, 18% Setareh bakery flour, coarse durum flour and different extractions of wheat such as wheat bran for human consumption, Wheat bran for poultry feed and seed straw. The R&D department of the factory has managed to receive ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP and FDA and halal standard certificates, which indicate the qualitative and safety promotion and development of this well-established company.
